Eligibility for Refunds​

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If the service was not delivered within the mutually agreed-upon
    timeline, and no work has commenced.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental double payment or overcharging.
  • Service Cancellation Before Start: If you cancel the service before work has started,
    and within 24 hours of payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once the work has been started or any preview/draft has been shared.
  • If the delay in delivery is caused by the client’s delay in providing inputs, approvals,
    or feedback.
  • If you are not satisfied with the final output after revisions, but the service was
    delivered as agreed.
  • Custom packages or one-time discounted offers are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds

In rare cases, at the discretion of the ReelZig team, a partial refund may be considered
depending on the work completed and justified circumstances.

Refund Processing Time
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your
original payment method.
