These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your use of services provided by ReelZig, a content creation and social
media management agency. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
2. Service Plans Overview
ReelZig offers Basic, Standard, and Premium Plans with optional add-ons for Posting and Management. Each plan
outlines a specific number of content pieces, platforms covered, and engagement levels. Details are available on our
pricing page.
3. Service Scope & Delivery- Content will be scheduled and published as per the agreed calendar.- Platforms include Instagram and Facebook unless otherwise stated.- Captions and hashtags are provided if included in the plan.- Management services include responding to DMs and comments.
4. Content Approvals & Revisions- Clients will receive a content calendar for monthly approval.- Up to 2 revisions per content item are included.- Delays in approval may affect the content schedule.
5. Client Responsibilities
ReelZig Privacy Policy- Provide timely access to social accounts and assets.- Share captions/hashtags if not part of the plan.- Respond to content approvals within 48 hours.
6. Payment & Billing- All services are prepaid on a monthly basis.- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.- Late payments may result in suspension of services.
7. Termination & Cancellation- You may cancel with 7 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.- No refunds for partial use.- ReelZig may terminate services for non-payment or policy violations.
8. Performance Disclaimer
ReelZig does not guarantee specific engagement, reach, or growth outcomes due to platform algorithm variability.
9. Confidentiality
All content, assets, and communications are treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.
10. Intellectual Property
Content created by ReelZig becomes the client’s property upon full payment. ReelZig reserves the right to showcase
content in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
11. Limitation of Liability

ReelZig is not liable for indirect damages, platform-related issues, or content takedowns due to community violations.
12. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible. Otherwise, they will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi.
13. Changes to Terms
ReelZig reserves the right to update these Terms. Clients will be notified via email or the website.
